{"id":1171,"date":"2021-06-09T07:33:53","date_gmt":"2021-06-09T07:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rvkassociates.com\/blog\/?p=1171"},"modified":"2021-06-09T07:33:58","modified_gmt":"2021-06-09T07:33:58","slug":"companies-incorporation-fourth-amendment-rules-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rvks.in\/blogs\/companies-incorporation-fourth-amendment-rules-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Companies (incorporation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2021."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>New Delhi, 7th June<\/strong> <strong>2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"is-style-none wp-block-list\"><li>G.S.R&#8230;&#8230;..(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Gove<strong>rnment hereby makes <\/strong>the following rules further to amend the Co<strong>mpanies <\/strong>(Incorporation) Rules, 2014, namely:<ol><li><strong>1.<\/strong> (1) These rules may be called the Companies (incorporation) Fourth\u00a0Amendment Rules, 2021.<\/li><li>(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official\u00a0Gazette.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> In the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 38A,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(i) in the marginal heading, for the words, &#8220;and Opening of Bank Account&#8221;, the words, &#8220;Opening of Bank Account and Shops and Establishment Registration&#8221;, <strong>shall be substituted;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(ii) in the opening portion, for the letters &#8220;AGILE-PRO&#8221;, the letters &#8220;AGILE-PRO-S&#8221; shall be substituted;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(iii) for clauses &#8220;(c) and (d)&#8221; relating to &#8220;Profession Tax Registration <strong>and Opening <\/strong>of Bank Account&#8221;, the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;(d) Profession Tax Registration with effect from the 23rd February, 2020;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(e) Opening Bank Account with effect from the 23rd February, 2020;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(f) Shops and Establishment Registration.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. in the Annexure to th<\/strong>e said rules, for the e-Form NO.INC-35, the fol<strong>lowing form <\/strong>shall be <strong>substituted, n<\/strong>amely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To Read More&#8230;.<br>Click the link below&#8230;..<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/8cl5h85478rijum\/Companies%20Incorporation%20Fourth%20Amendment%20Rules%20202120210607_18494856_.pdf?dl=0\">https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/8cl5h85478rijum\/Companies%20Incorporation%20Fourth%20Amendment%20Rules%20202120210607_18494856_.pdf?dl=0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi, 7th June 2021 G.S.R&#8230;&#8230;..(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, namely: 1.
