Sir<\/span>\/M<\/span><\/i>adam, <\/span><\/p>\n

In continuation of this Ministry’<\/span>s <\/span>General Circular No.07\/2021 <\/span>dated 03<\/span>.<\/span>05.202<\/span>1 on <\/span>the captioned subject cited and after due examination of the requests received from stakeholders, it has been decided to substitute the figures <\/span>*31.<\/span>05<\/span>.<\/span>2021″ and “01.06<\/span>.<\/span>2021″ <\/span>wherever they appear in the said circular with the <\/span>figures “31.<\/i>07.2021″ and 01.08.2021″ respectively.<\/p>\n

2. <\/b>The other requirements as mentioned in the said circular shall <\/span>remain unchanged and this Circular shall b<\/span>e without prejudice to any belated filings that may have already been made along with additional fees<\/i>\/<\/i>advalorem <\/i>fee.<\/p>\n

3. <\/strong>This issues with the approval of the competent authority<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
