{"id":2643,"date":"2022-05-02T05:40:25","date_gmt":"2022-05-02T05:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rvkassociates.com\/blog\/?p=2643"},"modified":"2022-05-02T05:41:32","modified_gmt":"2022-05-02T05:41:32","slug":"income-tax-eleventh-amendment-rules-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rvks.in\/blogs\/income-tax-eleventh-amendment-rules-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Income-tax (Eleventh Amendment) Rules, 2022."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">G.S.R. 325(E).\u2014In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8A) of section 139 read with section 295 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend Income-tax Rules, 1962, namely :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"is-style-none wp-block-list\"><li>1.<strong> Short title and commencement.<\/strong>\u2014(1) These rules may be called the Income-tax (Eleventh Amendment) Rules, 2022.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. In the Income-tax Rules, 1962 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules), after rule 12AB, the following rule shall be inserted, namely,\u2013\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">12AC.
