On a review, it has been decided that the minimum investment grade credit rating for deposits of NBFCs shall be \u2018BBB\u2013\u2019 from any of the SEBI-registered Credit Rating Agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. The Master Direction \u2013 Non-Banking Financial Companies Acceptance of Public Deposits (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016 is being modified accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yours faithfully,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>(J.P.
