Short title and commencement.<\/strong>&#8211; (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2022.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"is-style-none wp-block-list\"><li>2.
