{"id":3164,"date":"2022-09-17T05:53:59","date_gmt":"2022-09-17T05:53:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rvkassociates.com\/blog\/?p=3164"},"modified":"2022-09-17T05:54:04","modified_gmt":"2022-09-17T05:54:04","slug":"insolvency-and-bankruptcy-board-of-india-voluntary-liquidation-process-second-amendment-regulations-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rvks.in\/blogs\/insolvency-and-bankruptcy-board-of-india-voluntary-liquidation-process-second-amendment-regulations-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Voluntary Liquidation Process) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">New Delhi, the 16th September, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No. IBBI\/2022-23\/GN\/REG095.<\/strong>\u2014In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 196 read with section 240 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Voluntary Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2017, namely: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"is-style-none wp-block-list\"><li>1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Voluntary Liquidation Process) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022.<ol><li>(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"is-style-none wp-block-list\"><li>2.
