{"id":659,"date":"2021-02-25T07:12:08","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T07:12:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rvkassociates.com\/blog\/?p=659"},"modified":"2021-02-25T07:12:10","modified_gmt":"2021-02-25T07:12:10","slug":"rbi-notification-2020-21-large-exposures-framework-exemptions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rvks.in\/blogs\/rbi-notification-2020-21-large-exposures-framework-exemptions\/","title":{"rendered":"RBI , Notification 2020-21 , Large Exposures Framework \u2013 Exemptions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">February 24, 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All Scheduled Commercial Banks<br>(Excluding Small Finance Banks, Payments Banks<br>Local Area Banks and Regional Rural Banks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear Sir\/Madam,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Large Exposures Framework \u2013 Exemptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"is-style-none wp-block-list\"><li><strong>1.<\/strong> Please refer to <strong>circular No.DBR.No.BP.BC.43\/21.01.003\/2018-19 dated June 03, 2019<\/strong> on Large Exposures Framework (LEF)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"is-style-none wp-block-list\"><li><strong>2.<\/strong>  Paragraph 3 of the Annex to the above circular specifies the exposures that are exempt from the LEF.
